This Privacy Policy explains how 130 Percent LLC ("130 Percent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit Jenns.ai and our related landing pages (collectively, the "Site"), submit a lead form, or message us on WhatsApp.
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and residents located in the United States (specifically painting contractors). The Site is not directed to users in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, and this policy does not address the GDPR or other non-U.S. laws.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- The content of WhatsApp messages and other communications you send us;
- Lead-form submissions and any details you choose to share about your business or needs.

- IP address, approximate location, and device identifiers;
- Browser and operating system type, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring URLs;

- Meta Pixel — tracks actions on our Site (such as page views and leads) to measure and optimize our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
- Meta Conversions API (CAPI) — sends conversion events to Meta directly from our servers to improve ad measurement and attribution.
- Google Analytics — measures website traffic and how visitors interact with the Site.
- Cookies — small files stored on your device that support analytics, advertising, and basic Site functionality.

- CRM / lead-management provider — GoHighLevel (HighLevel), which stores and manages your inquiry and contact information;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the Site;
- Service providers acting on our behalf, and authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) to deliver and measure targeted ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA). 6. Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence — including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:

California residents (and residents of other states with opt-out rights) may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. You can opt out by:

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — generally for as long as you remain a prospect or client and for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you. We delete or de-identify personal information upon a valid request, subject to any retention required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and least-privilege permissions, and the use of reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.
